First of all the staff is great. Brian, the owner, is welcoming and always smiling and helpful. Under all that ink he’s an amazingly nice person and really enjoys what he does. The rest of the staff are equally as helpful. They are all skaters so they understand how to match the board with the person that’s riding it. As my ability has increased (and same with my son) they have really been helpful in making sure that my board, wheels, etc meet my needs. Equally as helpful, they know all the local (and not so local) skate parks and sweet places to ride.
Their clothing is tops and is good quality stuff. Even better they know how the stuff is sized, if the brand is notorious for shrinking and pass that info along so you can get the size that is going to work for the long haul.
Also, if you are a snowboarder they have everything you need and are just as helpful with snow product as they are with skate product. They are just tops.
